Dr. Jennifer C. Pierre is a licensed Naturopathic physician in Arizona and Connecticut. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. Preceding medical school, Dr. Pierre had over a decade of experience as a Public Health professional including roles in health research, public health infrastructure development, prenatal health education and mental health counseling.

A proponent of global health initiatives, she has participated in medical missions in Haiti, Mexico and Kenya. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Pierre received certifications in prenatal and Kundalini yoga. Dr. Pierre is a native New Yorker and alumna of Cornell University and University at Albany, School of Public Health.

Dr. Pierre’s medical interests include chronic diseases, endocrinology, autoimmune diseases, clinical research, stress, anxiety, and natural hair / skin care. Her practice style is warm and honest, utilizing holistic and functional medicine acumen along with acupuncture. She is adamant about empowering her patients through education to make better choices regarding their health care. When she is not seeing patients, Dr. J enjoys prayer and meditation, traveling, fashion, reading, and cooking vegetarian meals that make meat lovers reconsider. Visit her website.
