Incunabula – the Latin word for cradle, evolving to mean “place of birth” or “origin”. On Incunabula we celebrate the Vinyl that is the cradle of WPKN’s 63 year existence. WPKN’s Vinyl library is ordered by date. Hence, record 1 is the very first album WPKN received upon its founding. We will pull the best, most interestng tracks from each of these albums so every episode features, in order, a taste of the library and the various connections to music past and present they reveal.
