Connecticut’s COVID-19 website is at gov/coronavirus. This site includes medical information, public health resources, and other information and updates.
In addition, Connecticut residents can call 211. This number provides year-round information on social service resources, especially for vulnerable populations. It is currently available for general questions about the pandemic.
New Haven’s website at www.newhavenct.gov includes links to many services, including information on how schoolchildren can get access to meals during this time of school closures.
Bridgeport has a site listing “Grab and Go” meals for students and other services at www.bridgeportct.gov/coronaclosings
In New York State, the resource website is at coronavirus.health.ny.gov
The New York State phone hotline is 1-888-364-3065.
New York City residents can check details about their city’s resources at nyc.gov or by calling 311.
On Long Island, the Suffolk County website is at suffolkcountyny.gov and Nassau County is at nassaucountyny.gov

Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, most face-to-face 12-Step recovery meetings are not taking place. But numerous online meetings are now being scheduled and are available at any time of the day or night throughout WPKN’s listening area.
