Mikki’s Room is an ongoing tribute to Mikki Barnes, a long-time WPKN programmer who passed away in August of 2021. The show airs Saturday Night, 10 PM to 2 AM. Her loss will be felt by us all and especially those who loved her show. She was such a force of life and spirit. Mikki started at WPKN in 1982 and she filled the airwaves with countless hours of great radio. In the Domain with ICON airs occasionally on Saturday afternoons from 4 PM to 7 PM. Formatted with the first hour of Vintage Reggae, Ska and Rock Steady from the '60s and '70s. Anything is possible thereafter -- World, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Country, Conscious and Dancehall Reggae, Social Commentaries, Soca, Pan, Spoken Word and Interviews - basically anything worth listening.
